Services available are as follows:

• Direct Delivery of a range of mobility products and motion furniture; including pre-delivery inspection, full installation and demonstration, documentation completion, payment handling, problem solving and removal of packaging etc. This is truly a white glove service with all Drivers carrying ID badges, dressed in full uniform and Criminal Records Bureau checked.

• Repairs – All repairs are completed by the Wing UK network of approved Engineers. All parts are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty and workmanship is covered by the Wing UK guarantee.

• Servicing – Individual Services or Service Contracts are available. Services are carried out by our experienced Engineers to an approved specification. All workmanship is covered by the Wing UK guarantee.

• Decontamination – all pre-used products entering our depot are cleaned and decontaminated in line with current NHS/DOH advisory documents. Full procedural documentation is available on request.

• PAT & Loler Testing- carried out in line with current regulations including all labeling and certification.

Wing UK offer these services throughout the UK from its 5 Depots based in Southampton, London, Barnsley, Ayr and Cookstown in Northern Ireland. The Network of Engineers are based locally in most instances and therefore response times and the level of service is above Customer expectation.
